right ok i seem to have found the combinations for the orb ok here they are.....

by the way this list is the list that isnt the pictures that you can see inside the list inside the workshop

as you may know there are four groups of types of items non-members can only have the rare items whereas the members can have any type of item
3 Sapphire = Rare Item
2 Sapphire + 1 Ruby = Rare Item
1 Sapphire + 2 Ruby = Rare Item
2 Sapphire + 1 Emerald = Rare Item

2 Sapphire + 1 Diamond = very rare item
3 Rubies = Very Rare Item
2 Rubies + 1 Diamond = Very Rare Item

2 Diamonds + 1 Sapphire = Ultra Rare Item
2 Diamonds + 1 Ruby = Ultra Rare Item
3 Emeralds = Ultra Rare Item

3 Diamonds = Legendary Item

Just keep putting any of these in (depending whether you are member or non-member) and soon you will have these clothing in your inventory.
